What is a video wall and how does it work?

A video wall is an array of individual display screens — typically LCD panels — mounted together to form one large seamless image or canvas. The panels are connected to a video wall controller that distributes content across all screens simultaneously. What is the difference between RNB, ENB and UNB video walls?

The difference is the width of the bezel — the physical border between each panel. RNB (Razor Narrow Bezel) at 0.88mm gives the most seamless image and is the premium choice. ENB (Extreme Narrow Bezel) at 1.7mm is the mid-range option balancing quality and cost. UNB (Ultra Narrow Bezel) at 3.5mm is the entry-level configuration. All three tiers are available from Kays IT, supplied and installed across Oman.

Which video wall size and configuration is right for my space?

The ideal configuration depends on viewing distance, room width and the number of panels. A 2×2 setup of 55-inch panels (creating roughly a 110-inch visual) suits most boardrooms and reception areas. Larger auditoriums or command centres benefit from 3×3 or wider arrays. Our team will visit your site, assess the space and recommend the right tier, size and configuration for your project.
